SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLES CONDITION

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

  • Colour Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

  • Condition & Packaging: As a collectibles retailer, we understand the importance of condition. However, unless a buyer contacts us before shipping to provide special instructions, we do not guarantee "Mint" packaging. Minor box flourishes, small creases, or shelf-wear on external packaging do not constitute "damaged" items.

  • Paint & Manufacturing: Minor cosmetic paint application issues or minor functional "stiffness" of joints are considered manufacturing variances and are not deemed "defective" for the purposes of a free return.

  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer to any person or household.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing: Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, generally no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.

  • Transit Times: Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order within the UK.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Statutory Right: Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

  • Cancellation Fees: If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours after your order has been placed but before it has shipped, we reserve the right to apply a 10% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees.

  • Exclusions: You lose your right to cancel if you unseal cards, boxes, or bags that constitute the item's original packaging (e.g., blind boxes or sealed trading card packs).

  • Return Costs: If you change your mind (Unwanted Items), return postage is to be paid by the customer. The item must arrive back in the same condition it left us.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This includes orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services made in connection with any third-party websites.
