The helmet is very nice and is of good quality. I really like all of the features included, however I have a complaint. The box that the helmet arrived in was slightly damaged so I can't display it and delivery was late about 3 days.

Product great ! Communication with hero haven so poor😡bo customer service,i tried phoning several times,sent emails but gmail sand no address found! Said quick delivery but took a while to come.

After a few problems getting the voice activation to work with commands by using good quality batteries, Son loves it

Item was excellent only letdown was they changed the fob to a really cheap version not the separate button version which was easy to operate so won't be using the fob , it was the main reason I went for this item as the item was for a friend with eye sight problems and fob is unusable for him now

The first one ordered was slightly damaged (either in transit or more likely factory error) but HeroHaven sent a replacement out ASAP. Excellent customer service. Will shop here again.

Absolutely brilliant! Christmas present for my Marvel crazy son (10yrs), within an hour of opening he’d figured out all of the voice commands, remote control commands and touch commands - best present ever!

It is a beautiful piece but the delivery let it down I understand it’s not the sellers fault but the package was just left outside me door no email to say it was being delivered and the tracking update is very delayed the helmet is definitely a 5 star but the delivery service. Ruined it as something worth this value should not have been left outside my front door for the whole street to see it anyone could have taken it
